First class service. Valentin kept me updated about his arrival by text, he provided excellent advice, and he was transparent around pricing. It cost what he said it would. He also recommended that I record some of his video inspection on my smartphone to document it for future use, which I thought was smart. He cleaned everything up when he was done, and he even went above and beyond what I'd ask to help troubleshoot some small plumbing-related issues elsewhere in the house.
