A few months ago we were experiencing a backup in our basement bathroom. Now we have a 60+ year old bungalow and have had issues with the city's side of the main for quite some time. In fact they've had to dig up their side of my property twice now. Eventually, however, they figured it out and resolved all issues on their end.
That's why we were puzzled as to the backup this time. We contacted Strong and weren't disappointed. They were on time and professional. They used the camera to inspect our main from the laundry room and p trap where they discovered a large blockage which the inspection itself cleared out. They then took a few extra minutes to inspect the integrity of the line all the way through the house, showing us everything. They concluded that the line was healthy and that we shouldn't have any issues for quite some time.
We would certainly use them again. Absolute professionals.
