Our pipes were backed up with a massive tree root ball. Valentin scoped the pipes and determined that the pipes would need to be replaced as they were still old clay pipes. He did not recommend just clearing the roots as the problem would just come back in a short time. The work was done efficiently and with high quality, and with detailed explanation of what needed to be replaced and how. He did not want to just patch up the pipes, as he knew we'd be unhappy once the next roots took hold. He recommended that we replace the pipes with new ones. His price was in line with other quotes we received. He came highly recommended from friends of ours and we would highly recommend Strong Plumbing for any major plumbing issue.
