Painting an entire 2 bedroom condo
Miko was recommended by a friend of mine and not only provided the best quote, but was completely flexible with his schedule.
I didn't like the colour of paint I had initially chosen and he gave me a recommendation which I decided to go with and now absolutely LOVE. He was very understanding when I told him I didn't like the colour and tried his best to help me as opposed to being frustrated that he was going to have to start again!
He was pleasant to be around while he worked, and happy to accommodate my availability and work late into the evening when required. He has an eye for detail and is open to any constructive feedback you need to share. He really does want the job to be perfect and is happy to touch anything up that you ask for.
An added bonus was his laid back temperament. I felt very comfortable having Miko in my home and will definitely use him again. My real estate agent saw the work he did and is now recommending him to her clients!
