air conditioner service, watertank gas leak repair, air duct repair

I choose to call Culzac heating and air (Dwayne) because of the reviews on homestars. I have had terrible experiences with other HVAC companies in the past and learned my lesson to trust companies with great reviews on homestars.

I called Dwayne late on a sunday night, after I had an enbridge gas come out to do an emergency gas meter replacement. enbridge tech found the hot watertanks had a gas leak and "red tagged" them (2 units). Dwayne responded to my call ASAP. He arrived monday morning at 9am. he was VERY knowledgeable, he diagnosed and repaired the problems quickly and professionally. he did not rush a repair like this. he checked that the leak was 150% repaired, used both a leak detection solution on the problem areas, and he used his gas/co2 air tester to ensure it safe and repaired.

While on site I discussed that I had my doubts on a previous A/C install done by a another company. Dwayne was very knowledge about A/C service while other techs I called in the past did not understand TXV valves and subcooling levels. Dwayne had the best tools and found that my A/C system was overcharged with R410 refrigerant. He properly extracted the right amount, took the time to ensure my system was properly charged to the specs of the unit.

Also, Dwayne repaired some duct work quickly while on site.

If you want a fully licensed tech that happens to be VERY HONEST, don't hesitate to call Dwayne at Culzac Heating and Air. I will be sending all my friends and family to Dwayne.

Also, just to highlight how professional he is. Dwayne properly tagged the equipment he did gas work on. He also filled out the "REDTAGS" for enbridge gas. I know all certified and licensed techs SHOULD do this, not all do! Dwayne stands behind his work.

Approximate cost of services:
$200.00
