The Demolition Boys

Excellent service for a great price! They scheduled the work promptly, showed up on time and were out before I even noticed. Very efficient and thorough. I need some more demo work done in the near future and will absolutely be going with them again!

The guys did a great job. Removed two floors of hardwood and all of the nails in one day. Fast, efficient and cleaned up the site. I would and have recommended them to friends.

Frank and Dan did an exceptional job on the shed demolition. They arrived on time, worked very hard all day, completed the demo and cleaned-up the surrounding area. Without hesitation, I would reccomend their services to anyone.

The Demo Boys are great. They came on time. Demo-ed our 2 floor loft (removing flooring, tiles, one wall and all the bathroom except the tub) in less than a day. When it turned out that they couldn't get a disposal bin into our parking garage, Frank came up with a creative solution with garbage cans and a truck with a trailer. They were friendly, fast and cleaned up after themselves. Great job!

Prompt, reliable, reasonably priced and honoured quote even when job had unexpected overruns (as it turns out the enclosed porch I was trying to remove which looked like it was made of soggy cardboard, was in fact heavily overbuilt). I would not hesitate to use them again.

Frank and his team, Mitchell and Alex, were a joy to work with. Very easy going, personable and friendly, while at the same time prompt and efficient. They managed to navigate around a difficult elevator situation (small, limited hours). They were also totally flexible about adding elements to go, and cleaned up after themselves each day. If all trades were as excellent as The Demo Boys renovations would be a breeze. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

We had Frank and the
guys come inand demo our top two floors while we lived on the ground floors. They did an incredible job and left it completely spotless and gutted back to the studs exactly to the schedule we discussed. On top of that we live on a street with only street parking so no place for a dumpster (we have a tree in our front) Frank timed the delivery each day so that it appeared for a brief window they filled it and it was taken away. I actually didn't see once!

By far the best part of the renovation!

Frank replied to my request on HomeStars within hours, provided me with an estimate the next day and began work the next week. Frank and the crew arrived on time, finished on time and left my home as clean as possible considering the extent of demolition they did. The whole team was respectful, clean and professional. I will definitely use them again!

We had started the process of renovating our kitchen and started to do some of the demo. However, we were having problems getting the back splash off and it was going very slowly. We didn't want to fall behind schedule, so we found the Demolition Boys here on Homestars and contacted them. They were able to fit us in on a Saturday with short notice (less than a week).

It took them 6 hours to finish and they were even able to preserve our plywood subfloor. It saved us a ton of time, not to mention energy, and we were able to keep on schedule with our kitchen reno.

If we need demolition in the future, we would definitely be giving them a call again!
