I emailed Frank and he got back to me quickly so we could set up a time for a quote. On site, Frank gave me a detailed breakdown of the costs for each part of the job.
The crew worked quickly to remove all the old decking and fencing around a 12'x16' deck. I kept the frame as I'll be putting in new boards and fencing. They also pulled out an old concrete walkway and a couple hundred square feet of lawn. Plus they removed a small tree and some patio pavers.
I probably would have spent 3-4 full weekends doing what these guys did in a day, and still would have been paying for all the junk removal. In hind-sight, hiring the demo boys was a no-brainer!
