Sam was great at doing the job in a timely fashion. He was very accomodating and provided us with good options for the job. The curb appeal of our house improved 100% and helped us sell our house within three days of listing.

Tuck point exterior bricks around all windows / chimney. I own an older home and as you know things need fixing from time to time. So decided this year’s project would be the upgrading of the windows / chimney. When it came time for the final measurement the installer noticed that the joints between the bricks around most/all my windows had deteriorated and needed repair. The problem was that we only had a few days to get the tuck pointing done.

When I called Sam they not only came out that same day but the job was schedule immediately. By tinting the compound the repaired areas blended perfectly with the existing building. The chimney is now standing is perfect manner.

Our real estate agent recommended Sam when we were getting our house ready to sell it. Sam was round almost immediately on a Sunday afternoon to give us an estimate and talk us through brick choices. That estimate was exactly what we paid when the job was done. The next Tuesday and Wednesday, Sam and his crew finished a whole wall with tuck pointing. The guys were very fast, left no mess and were cheerful and friendly throughout. The quality of the work was very high: no marks, missed spots or drips on the floor.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and we'll definitely be using him to redecorate our new house.

Fantastic colour matching on the grout considering the age and wall exposure to the varying elements, the use of various coloured grout blended in so well, it took me a few minutes to even spot some of the work done. Fast, clean and well worth the money spent.

Roof Repair After a roof leak, Sam the handyman was able to reassure about the likely cost of the repair work, the timing and the nature of the services and reporting. Work was done quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Upon request they provided independent advise on timing of shingles replacement without pressure tactics.

New flat roof Having asked several friends for recommendations and not able to find anyone who was willing to do small jobs, I tried Handyman Connection.

We had out chimney inspected and found few cracks and minor problems with top area. Called contractor and issues were fixed, new cap new flu new cage at very reasonable price. I checked with 3 companies this one was the best in price and I am very happy with service. Very courteous and helpful.

New Roof Recently we had a new roof put on our home. I found that the service provided was prompt and friendly. The quote was dead on with no hidden extras. They even installed more more vents than they quoted me. They completed the job within two day, in a very professional manner. When they left they cleaned up thoroughly, the place was spotless.
