We had Chem-Dry in to clean carpets in a recently purchased home. The carpets were in rough shape and the tech warned us there was only so much that could be done. I accept that, but really there was no improvement at all, with exception to odour, which was much improved. Not a single stain was removed or even reduced. Our tech was on time and friendly, and did his job, but really my disappointment was with the Chem-Dry system itself. After reading the literature on how miraculous their system is at removing stains, I expected a bit better results.

We stand by our work and it is guaranteed, if you aren't happy with the outcome we will return free of charge. Sometimes the carpets are just worn too badly to show any improvement though these cases are rare.
