We moved into our new home in January and discovered that the garage door was frozen shut. New to garage doors, we searched Home Stars for a local, reliable company with a high star rating. That led us to Markham Garage Door. They made an appointment with us, arrived when they said they would and the technician was quickly able to resolve our issues, lube, balance, and "tune up" the entire system at a fair price. the technician took his time to explain everything and provided some very helpful tips. Very satisfied!

Called on a Monday morning and the broken springs were fixed by 4:30, Ernie did a great job.

On Jan 24th 2022 Markham Doors came my home to troubleshoot the problem with the garage doors not closing. He remedied the problem to allow for one door to operate as a temporary fix. Ryan the technician identified that the original garage door openers were installed in 1995 and are now in need of replacement. On Jan 28th a LiftMaster 8160W — 1/2 HP DC Chain Drive Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener was installed on both garages. Ryan the technician was extremely pleasant, informative and performed the installation within 2 hours. Ryan then made sure that my wife was able to perform all the operation sequences with all the new devices. I would highly recommend Markham doors as they delivered on their word.

Garage door broke during snow storm. Markham garage door arrived next morning and fixed the problem quickly. Technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again in the future

Technician Ernie arrived right at the estimated time. Within a short period the broken spring was replaced and the garage door/garage door opener were working again. While there Ernie noticed a problem with my other garage door opener (I was aware of the problem but had forgotten to mention it). Ernie promptly fixed this problem as well.

Ernie was very friendly and polite while speaking with him over the phone. Perhaps more importantly he was also very trustworthy because my problems were fixed all while I was at work. Upon leaving he made sure all my garage doors were closed so everything inside was secure.
