This review is long over due. We are extremely happy with the door and opener installed in November 2013. Kevin and Chris provided professional advice and service both before and after the installation. They also hooked us up with promotional accessories.

Jared did a great job with the installation and Robert's work on the capping looks fantastic.

I would not hesitate to refer Markham Garage doors.

Great company !!! Brandon came out yesterday in 20cm of snow...fixed my garage door and installed a new Sears garage door opener. He was great to deal with, honest, and did a fantastic and quick job. I would use Markham again in a second !

One of my torsion springs on my garage door broke. Called and Ryan P. arrived in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly and answered all my questions. He did not mind me observing while he worked. Did the job in an efficient manner with great detail. Thanks again for the quality service.

Wow...amazing service! Jared and Brandon were right on time for the scheduled appointment. Such a refreshing change from the usual wait for service in a 4 hour window. They were knowledgeable, professional and kind enough to change a few extra light bulbs that were out (without being asked to do this). A rating of 10 is not enough!

I called the company hoping for a same day appointment so technician responded by being at my house in the afteroon. They arrived and started working very efficiently with one staff doing the removal of the old gear and sprocket assembly and its replacement while the other loosening the chain. Ryan lubricated both garage doors and his colleague reset the torque and speed of the machine to ensure optimal working conditions. Now the door works like a charm. Reasonable pricing among other competitors. Courteous and efficient service!

The spring on my garage door broke on Jan 29/14, but I had a Wayne Dalton spring. It was hard to find someone to replace this spring as it was not that common. Markham Garage Doors suggested to replace this set up with a more common spring. Made an appointment and Brandon came the next day. At my request, he even hustled over as I was going out and I wanted to make sure the job was done before I left. He even came over about 25 mins earlier than he said he could! I was told that it would take 2-2.5 hrs for the work but Brandon did it in 1 hr 15 mins! Brandon was very friendly and professional and did an amazing job. I was very happy with their service. Should I have problems with the garage door in the future, I know who I will be calling.
