Stone Empire

We hired this company to replace our quartz countertop. They measured, we agreed to an install date 4 weeks out and a seam in the corner. We placed 50% deposit for the install. With 2 days before install we were told the sink we ordered is not available, we have to change the size. The day of install we were told it is impossible to install the counter on the day we agreed. We were pushed back another two weeks. The day before the new install we were told the seam cannot be placed where we had agreed in the original drawings. We ended up cancelling, getting our deposit and going to another company. We had no counter for 8 weeks trying to get Stone Empire to deliver what we paid and agreed upon. This company cannot deliver on time and on what you will agree upon, there is better options in market.
