Floyd did an excellent of cleaning my very dirty Napoleon barbecue. The clean up when he left was perfect.

The sales staff were very helpful with all my questions. I would recommend BBQ Pro to anyone who wants a professional cleaning job on their barbecue.

Barbecue Cleaning

Pretty good customer service, good cleaning job.

I chose to get quotes from a few companies and this business provided me with a good price. The communication was ok, it fell off after a few back and forth emails trying to settled on a date. We were very happy after we got an appointment; the tech was punctual, friendly, and very thorough. He even said the BBQ wasn't that bad and that he was happy to call the office and cancel if I so chose, but I decided to go ahead with it since he'd come all that way. Our 3 burner Weber BBQ is is much better condition after the almost 3 hours he spent on it in the sweltering heat.

I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and was very happy with the results of the cleaning. My 8 year old Napoleon needed two new parts that once I obtained the tech came back in installed as part of my service. Much appreciated.
