Placed an order for safe-t screen door on May 12. Can't seem to get the truth about when to expect my door. Salesman doesn't respond to inquiries. Comment from "Harold" August 11 door was ready to be shipped. Haven't heard from them since. No attempt by Metalex to reach out to us with honest answers. We've messaged them a couple of times to say give us our money back. They were quick to take the deposit ... not so quick on customer service.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, the factory are a bit behind on the orders, and shipping takes longer than usual. We are doing all we can to get the product to our warehouse and schedule installation.
