This reno was for a small kitchen - painted maple cabinets, granite floor, backsplash, and some drywalling. The kitchen was promised to be completed in two weeks and four weeks at the most. There were multiple delays and mistakes made which had to be corrected. The company kept charging for every little thing. eg. $300 for a 5 minute job of puttting a heating pipe in a hole. Eventually, it took 6 months to finish the job. My two drawer dishwasher is still not properly installed and they have refused to come back to correct the installation.

This project presented a variety of challenges - which we all met. Unexpected and rare problems arose, each of which we addressed in a reasonable time and professional manner. Respectfully, the 6 month completion date and the $300/5 minute job are grossly exaggerated. There were a few cabinet doors that were sent back as a result of damage during shipping. Nonetheless, we ensured the kitchen was made to be functional during the time spent waiting on the replacement doors. The dishwasher issue was not related to the installation of the unit, but rather as a result of an unusual height request, which we had strongly advised the client against.
