Zenic Insulation

Zenic and his team arrived 10 minutes early and immediately got to work. I had 5-6 inches of existing insulation and in some places 3 inches. Thy topped it up to r50 at a reasonable price and cleaned up after themselves. I will wait a couple months and see how the added insulation has changed the room on top of the garage. Thanks zenic and team. Attic is about 1600 sq ft, took them about 1 hour to blow in and another 30-45 for finishing touches and clean up. They also replaced weather stripping in attic hatch. Excellent work, arrived on time, cleaned up...did what Mattamy Homes should have done when I purchased my new home....topped up my insulation to r-50. My home is about 1900 sq ft.

I bought an older bungalow over two years ago, and this year we had huge ice dams on our roof edge. After venturing into the attic, we discovered zero to no insulation. I received three quotes, the first one was $3,500.00, the second one was $2,300.00 and Zenic was $980.00.

I booked them on a Saturday and booked them for Monday morning. The gentlemen who arrived here were extremely professional, clean, and did a great job. They spent around an hour pumping insulation onto the attic and replaced some baffles.

I called a few companies from Homestars, but they all called back a few days later (too late). Right from the start, Zenic answered his phone when I called. He answered my questions and we booked an appointment. Once here, he was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. He completed the attic insulation in about 1.5 hours and increased my r-value to r-50. He cleaned up after himself and I'd recommend him to anyone.

Zenic was quick, in and out in less than two hours. The were very professional and increased my attic insulation from r20 to r50. I should have done this earlier.

Zenic was very professional. The service was provided as discussed on the phone. He even hooked up a bathroom exhaust that a previous contractor neglected to finish. They arrived on time and tidied up when they were finished. I'd use them again but won't need to for quite some time!
