The estimate, project, completion on time and 20 yr warrantly was what we were looking for. Chris was very professional and responsive. The work was good. They also repaired all the shrubs and areas they needed to tear up to do the work

Chris and his team are incredibly customer-focused and efficient; plus their prices are comparable as we got competitive estimates on our last project. I had my house waterproofed by City Wide Group. We had several quotes, not being the highest or cheapest. We deceided to hire City Wide because of their professionalism. We feel we made the right choice, as they did a beautiful job.

This is the third time I have hired City Wide Group to waterproof on of my properties. I have never been let down by them, nor could I say anything to critisize them. I firt used them in 2006 on two properties in scarborough. They did a tidy job, and the basements have remained dry. I put my trust is in this company and will continu to use them, if I require their skills.

We had hired a contractor to waterproof our basement 5 years ago. We still had leaks after, and the contractor refused to fix it.

We recently hired The City Wide Group for interior waterproofing of most of our basement. Their quote was competitive with others, but they seemed to explain things better. Chris explained exactly what they were going to do so we could understand. Jacob, Mark, Andrew, Wesley and Calvin started right when expected and worked very hard all day on one of the hottest, most humid days this summer. They were courteous, friendly and answered all our questions throughout the process. They also cleaned up everything when they were finished. They didn’t even mind me taking pictures periodically for our references. They also returned a few days later to spray the walls with an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial cleanser to ensure no future problems with any mold or effervescence. Very thorough!!
We highly recommend this company for their waterproofing and we have also hired them to rebuild our basement back to a liveable state after the waterproofing.

Waterproofing is open heart surgery for the house. For something serious as this, one has to do their due diligence. Let's face it, I did not know anything about waterproofing but I am good at reading people and I liked the fact it was a family business, who take pride in their work. Dean, Chris and their cousins were just absolutely great. They were clean, courteous, on time and very competitive. What more can you ask for? Don't take my word for it, interview them for yourself. If they can please a picky, detailed SOB like me, others will not have any problem with them. Good luck!

We interviewed a lot of other waterproofing contractors (eight, actually) before meeting with Chris. He explained the process they employed and was frank regarding our options. He was professional in disclosing all of the work that was to be done and prompt in notifying us as to when his crew would be available. His price was competitive with other quotes we received, and we felt that the amount asked was in keeping with the work to be performed. We gained the impression that City Wide would be responsive and would honor its time lines.

City Wide's crew was professional, courteous, and neat. They arrived on time, explained the work as it progressed and worked quickly to complete the job. Their thoroughness extended to re-seeding the grass along the patch of lawn along the front of the house and bagging and hauling away excess earth. They also managed to work around our brand new retaining wall without needing to dismantle or cut into it (steps that other waterproofing contractors insisted would be unavoidable).

My neighbour had CityWide do his basement waterproofing, my nephew needed it done and I called Citywide, Harry was more than prompt and examined everything and gave me a written quote, my nephew had it done and was very happy. I then needed the same job done and called Lynn, who is the best person to deal with in a company at the front that I have ever dealt with. we did have some problems and as many times as I called I was certainly made to feel that my problem was important and that both Lynn and Harry were doing everything to fix it.
