Mr. Chiu (cantonese speaking, possibly mandarin too) is a friend of a friend whom refloored our foyer with supplied ceramic tiles (over existing lenoleum) with supplied baseboards, and refloored our indoor stairs with supplied laminate and nosing. He gave us a real good deal, 100 sq.ft. of ceramic tile and 14 steps. (We volunteered ourselves to rip out the old carpeted stairs, underlay, staples and tacking.) He's a one-man crew who does small side jobs from what I gather. His workmanship is quite decent and we are happy with it.
