I decided to call Ty after reading all the positive reviews on HomeStars. Ty gave me a quote right away on the phone and scheduled me for 3 days later. I am so happy with the results. Ty was conscientious, professional and worked incredibly hard to get out even the most stubborn dirt and stains. My beige area rug that has taken a big beating from young children and countless spills looks brand new. I would definitely use Parma Cleaning again! Thank you, Ty!
