The technician, Hayden, arrived on time and on the day promised. He was professional, efficient and transparent. He surveyed the job, advised me of the remedy and quickly cut down the b-vent (which was redundant) and sealed it off with a cap. I was impressed with the technician's excellent customer service and the fact that he took a photo of the finished job, so that I could have an appreciation for the service provided.
