This was an a full Basement with over 80 sheets of drywall and more than 400ft of corner bead (ie, lots of corners and boxes). Reinaldo clearly takes pride in his job, honors his quote, knows his trade and wants to make sure that the final product is something he can be proud of and that will satisfy the homeowner. Schedule a few more days for the job though.
Reinaldo gave us a good price, we supplied the material, and he stuck to the quote even after he realized that the job would take a lot more work than anticipated. Giraldo and his assistants came in to put up the drywall and that part of the job was done in 2.5 days, on time. The guys worked hard 10-12 hours and showed up on time at 7:30 am. The Taping portion took quite a bit longer than anticipated, but the final product is very good.
I agree with Andrew W from North York:
"The only thing I'd say is that they are busy and juggle many jobs at once. So be prepared for them to show up 'around' the time indicated and make frequent visits to finish the tape and mud portion of the job."
