I found Luc's on HomeStars last year when I needed my porch roof replaced on my 100 year old semi. Luc gave me a very clear explanation of what needed to be done and a reasonable price ($1700). The work was done in one day, including changing out two rafters and the clean up was so thorough that when I arrived home from work I couldn't believe that it had been done! It's been a year and the roof is leak free.
In early March 2011 there were three big rainstorms that caused my main flat roof (not done by Luc's it was done shortly before I bought the house) to leak. I was so satisfied with their previous work that I decided to not event take quotes and only called Luc. I called him yesterday (Monday) and Luc's son Ben arrived at my house the very next day (Tuesday). Like his dad, Ben provided a clear explanation of what repairs were required and quoted me $200 to do an emergency repair. Here's the best part: he did it right away! He arrived at 2:30 and was done by 3:00. I can't think of how he could have provided better service.
