I was in a pinch looking for movers a couple of weeks before my move from a downtown condo to a 3-bedroom house in Toronto. Arby was quick to respond to my request and provided me a reasonable quote and then was willing to negotiate on the price since I was going to be moving most of the "small" stuff myself.
The guys who came to help me move were friendly, organized and very respectful of my belongings, and made sure to ask where everything went as they moved it into my new house. The movers didn't procrastinate like some workers who are paid by the hour, they were efficient and even offered to assemble some of the furniture that I had taken apart (i.e. desk, kitchen table). Not one thing moved had a scratch or dent!
I would highly recommend Arby Cartage - and FYI their price was much more reasonable than some of the other top rated movers on HomeStars - call them first!
