I first met Mark when we were looking for a furnace and air
conditioner for our house after a huge fire that gutted our house. We
had spent a year dealing with all kinds of contractors and Mark was by
far the friendliest and most helpful. He came in first to give us a
quote and was so generous with his time in explaining our options and
taking the time to educate us on the products available. Working with
several contractors at the same time, he was quite flexible with
scheduling and was able to look after us in a timely manner. His quote
was lower than the previous quote we got and we felt like he went the
extra mile trying to educate us. The installation went smoothly and we
were very happy with his service. He has been doing our maintenance
every year since and each time he comes out we are impressed with his
service. He recently came out for one these maintenance calls and we
were further impressed when he clearly communicated the rebate offers
available should we want to upgrade. He truly goes beyond the call of
duty each time he comes over. I have recommended his services to all
