Frank and Vince did grading and water remediation in my backyard because my house was flooding with heavy rain. I cant say enough good about these guys. They graded, put in weeping tile, sodded and put in a patio as well. Very smart work. I will use them again for sure.

We recently replaced our large driveway at our home in Toronto. Vince and Frank did an amazing job. They took great care in the disposal of the old pavers, recycling almost all of it to other home projects. They were knowledgeable and careful about drainage - brought in an extra 10 tons of material to modify the slope and ensure optimal run-off - something we hadn't even known to ask about. New pavers were laid according to our design, which was a bit of a challenge I think, but they made it look easy. Jobsite was always tidy, and no damage at all to adjoining garden. In fact, they brought in and laid a small strip of sod to tidy up the lawn edge - again, more than we'd known to ask for. It looks absolutely fantastic. Neighbours and passers-by remark on how beautiful it looks, and one even remarked that our "house now stands more proudly"!

I would highly recommend V&F Landscape, these guys were AMAZING! First off, I reached out to half a dozen landscape companies and no one responded to my request with the exception of Frank who got back to me within a couple of hours! He came out a couple of days later to discuss the job and I knew I wouldn't look further. They created a stone patio in as well as a stone walkway at the side of the house and in the front. They also leveled out my front lawn as there was some poor grading done prior and improved my downspout. Frank and Vince have the expertise you need to get professional results. They even set me up with their irrigation contact who came out the same day! I would not hesitate to hire them again and have recommended them to my neighbor who hired them as well.

We are thrilled with the new patio and steps from V&F Landscape Ltd. Vince and Frank helped with the design and stone selection, and the result is stunning. We have black stone steps leading to a gray mix patio with a black inlay stone. They also had creative ideas to resolve issues such as how to disguise cables running along the back of our house. these are now hidden by a lovely curb stone filled with river rock. Also, our yard has a steep slope below the patio, and they came up with an idea for a garden wall, where we will be able to plant flowers and herbs, and it will look spectacular from the patio. They are so careful with important points such as grading to ensure drainage away from the house. They are decent, honest hard-working contractors. They are so friendly and really want their customers to be happy with the result - we certainly are!

Vince and his team definitely delivered on this project. It was a busy summer for them and they were very upfront that they wouldn't be able to get to our project until late October/Early November but would try to fit us in earlier if possible. Some time freed up mid-October and they started and finished the project in just 3 days. We are very happy we waited for them...their work was impeccable and definitely met our expectations. I am sorry this took so long to write. We had Frank from VF Landscape regrade and sod our lawn after a major Reno this July. Frank and his team did a spectacular job, and now our grass is the envy of the neighbourhood!! If you are looking for a landscape project, this is the company to choose! Very professional, and because we were a smaller job, Frank was able to squeeze us in before we had a family visit!
