BALDWIN BROTHERS - DO NOT HIRE ! Go elsewhere. Why? They walked out on the job before it was finished, leaving our home a building site. They did not have the courtesy to advise us of their action in person but instead notified us by e-mail. They were unresponsive in getting back to us regarding our concerns. They cited scheduling problems but did not consider the simple solution of hiring a subcontractor to complete the work. Regardless of the excuse, no organization that cares about its customers and considers itself remotely professional would ever walk out in the middle of a job. We had to scramble to find someone to finish the work, which was at greater expense to us. They were not at all concerned about the stress their actions would have caused to a customer. They also damaged items that they said they would fix and/or replace, but didn't. Project and cash flow management are subpar. We were continually being asked to pay upfront for materials etc. Also care and attention to detail is lacking. Don't believe what they say on their website about customer service and satisfaction. The fact that they did nothing to take ownership and rectify the situation really shows their true colours. Avoid these guys and hire someone from the BBB.

We hired Baldwin, to do our complete basement renovation - about 750 sq feet. They gave good suggestions and the site was kept very clean throughout the whole process. Greg and Chris were both on the job - they are brothers - and very hands on.

These guys did an exceptional job on our basement.

The quality of work was excellent. The wood framing was meticulous - they paid careful attention to structural requirements and ensured that the maximum ceiling height was acheived while creating a minimum number of ceiling levels and bulkhead/boxes around pipes etc

They were able to provide many useful suggestions based on their experience which improved the overall safety and look of the basement.

Their professionalism was obvious from day 1 and each day they appeared at 8am sharp for the job and worked consistently throughout the day. The also left the place tidy each day.

We would not hesitate to recommend them. They are awesome!!!
