Marc and I are very satisfied with the results of the master bathroom renovation your company recently completed. The project began on time, and took close to the length of time predicted. The work was done efficiently, and you always responded promptly to any questions or concerns that arose, and had helpful suggestions concerning the design. Once the bathroom was finished and a couple of adjustments were later required, you attended to them quickly, efficiently and courteously. As project manager, we appreciated your consistently professional and respectful approach.

The cost of the renovation in comparison with other estimates was reasonable; and the couple of unforeseen adjustments to the work were explained, discussed and itemized on an invoice as they arose. Clear two-way communication is key to a good renovation result, and next time I would improve on this by clarifying which items were included in the total cost, and which were not.

Certainly if we decide to other changes to our home, we would not hesitate to use RDM's services once more.

Please accept this letter as a strong recommendation for Robert Doerksen. We've been involved in construction projects with Robert for many years and can attest to his workmanship and his attention to detail. Robert's also extremely likeable person and always a pleasure to work with.

We hired Robert to renovate our main bathroom after meeting with him and seeing some reference letters and photos of previous work he has done. Unfortunately, many things have gone wrong in our renovation including uneven floor and wall tiles, blatantly crooked shower bar, poor p-trap installation. Not to mention some incomplete paint job that I had to finish myself because he was too busy with other jobs to finish ours first. All around his work was just rough and not to our satisfaction.

What's perhaps even more unprofessional is his habit of raising his voice whenever his work is questioned. It got to the point where we simply told him to just finish what he could and we eventually hired another contractor to redo our plumbing. He just did not understand and accept the fact that we were simply not happy with his work and did not try to make amends. In the end the renovation has cost us a lot more than originally budgeted. We would not recommend this company if you are looking for quality finishes.

Robert and Eugine updated and restored our old house including, gutting bathroom and kitchen as well as refinishing several walls. Robert is creative and had great design suggestions. He also worked within our budget. He and Eugine worked hard and completed the job on time. Overall the main areas look good but feel some work not completed to a standard I'm completely happy with.
