We hired Robert to renovate our main bathroom after meeting with him and seeing some reference letters and photos of previous work he has done. Unfortunately, many things have gone wrong in our renovation including uneven floor and wall tiles, blatantly crooked shower bar, poor p-trap installation. Not to mention some incomplete paint job that I had to finish myself because he was too busy with other jobs to finish ours first. All around his work was just rough and not to our satisfaction. What's perhaps even more unprofessional is his habit of raising his voice whenever his work is questioned. It got to the point where we simply told him to just finish what he could and we eventually hired another contractor to redo our plumbing. He just did not understand and accept the fact that we were simply not happy with his work and did not try to make amends. In the end the renovation has cost us a lot more than originally budgeted. We would not recommend this company if you are looking for quality finishes.
