Dealing with Speers Road Flooring was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor, for these reasons:

— The retail sales staff were friendly, professional and courteous.
— The project estimator who came on site answered all our questions and prepared a very detailed and accurate quote. Out of 75 boxes of wood, we had 3 boxes left over.
— Greg, our estimator, explained the floor boards would go under all the door frames, unlike a competitive quote where they said they install floor boards around the door frames.
— The project cost was about one-third less from the one competitive quote we received.
— Tomasz, our installer, was very friendly and extremely precise and accurate with his work. The floor was cut and laid perfectly. It was simply the best craftsmanship we’ve ever experienced for a contractor.
— Communication with Speers Road Flooring was good throughout the entire process. Once work began, Vince called to see how things were coming along and if we were happy with the work (which we were).
— Once the project Vince promptly did a cost reconciliation for services and some products that were not used (we knew up front that unused floor boards and shoe cove could not be returned).
— The Torly’s product looks great on the floor and is waterproof and virtually scratch proof.

With such great service, products and craftsmanship, it’s no wonder Speers Road Flooring has been in business for almost 60 years.

We would most certainly use them again and recommend them.

We had a very tight timeline to install engineered hardwood into our empty condo. Speers got us the quote to present to our Condo Board in record time for their approval.

This is the second time I used their services, the first time for wood flooring this time to tile a fireplace. Every time they were on time for the estimate and the installation, on target, on time and clean. I will definitely use them again, prompt and honest service all the way.

Very professional, from the first visit to the store to the installation. They replaced our basement carpet with LVT. The guys had to move some very heavy furniture including a pool table. All done just before Christmas. I highly recommend Speers Flooring. Thanks guys.

We had water damage in our downstairs family room. I had Speers Flooring provide an estimate to remove the damaged flooring and quarter round and replace the flooring with vinyl tiles with a cork base. The estimating process was very professional. The estimate was competitive with other estimates and provided cost details etc as opposed to just a final all up cost. The installers were very professional asked questions during the installation and helped me move some of the furniture out of the way. The floors look wonderful I highly recommend Speers Flooring for any flooring projects that you may have.

I have completed several renovations with Speers’ involvement. The lastest was a complete master ensuite renovation. Speers performed the tilework on the floor / shower enclosure and walls surrounding a stand alone tub.

I couldnt be more pleased with the results. As usual, Vince and Peter were professional and easy to communicate and deal with, while working with me with to adhere to my timeline.
