We would highly recommend this company. It was super easy going online and booking the service. The people who came were friendly and professional. My son appreciated the 1-800-got-junk toy truck! Thank you. We will definitely be using your services again.

While this company was slightly more expensive, the extra service was worth it. I had a LOT of bulky junk and it was quickly and cheerfully dealt with by the crew. They were polite, dressed professionally and efficient.

I submitted my request online Saturday am, and the junk I needed removed was gone by noon. The entire process was a text book case in excelllent customer service. Would not hesitate to contact these folks again for any future work.

I began the overwhelming task of cleaning out my parents home this year. I called 1-800 GotJunk and was given a pick up date for the next day. That was round 1
I ended up calling 1-800 six times (full loads)
They are (a) fast - next day service available in most cases. (b) reliable - always on time - even in one of our famous snow storms. (c) efficient - 1,2 or 3 man crews cleared every bit without hesitation., If one truck wasn't enough - another one came right away. (d) friendly - I even got to know one crew member by name - she was awsome. (e) fair - a little bit of damage was caused but they worked quickly and fairly to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction.
Yes! I will recommend 1-800-Got Junk and will use them again.

They came promply as scheduled, called first to review the job before beginning, and then they swept, collected, raked and cleaned for really only a few dollars consider the efforts involved. And when they left, what had been a eyesore of an area for the condominium was bright, clean, spotless and orderly- a perfect job.

not bad got the work done. I had lots of things in the garage and they were very fast and quick. came a bit late but I guess they were busy because it a Friday afternoon.

After months of putting off getting rid of some appliances, we called 1-800-GOT-JUNK. We had obviously called during a busy time because it we could only book an appointment about a week later.

Regardless, they came on time and made sure they didn't damage anything as they were taking the appliances out of the home. It was very cold that day and they were diligent not to track any mud into the home.

I called and was offered service much quicker than I thought; the fellows were courteous, friendly and respectful of our home - we should have phoned them months ago! We were downsizing homes and found ourselves with a great deal of "rubbish". 800 got junk quoted, showed up and dealt with the rubbish in a very professional, timely and engaging manner. I would definitely use them again.
Most important to me they did not reek of cigarette smoke.
