My father is moving to a retirement home and had accumulated over 30 + years of stuff. Over 2 truckloads of household items and garbage were needed to be removed. Mikhail and Sterling worked together like a well oiled machine. They were organized, friendly and kept me in the loop of each step. I couldn't have been more happy with the service they provided. Although the call center was made aware how much and when I needed the service completed, they fell short of scheduling. In any caase Mikhail and Sterling made it all happen the way I had expected! Best company employee award is definitely deserved for those 2 in every respect. Knowledgeble, efficient, hardworking and friendly.
