I recently wrote a poor review for Synergy Contracting, however, they have since made things right and I am editing my review to reflect that. We all make bad judgment calls from time to time, but what really matters is how you handle the situation after you realize you have made a mistake. They got in touch with me and sent their team to honor their 2 year warranty and fix my patio and I am satisfied with their work.

Thank you for having patience during these trying times. We missed the opportunity late last season to adjust the borders and Covid slowed down most of our business operations. Our office was in a lock down and calls were not returned right away, but we have corrected this issue since mid-summer. Our crew fixed the edges that pulled apart and are confident they will stay intact. Even though the warranty was outdated by the time we got there we still honoured the initial call before Covid slowdowns. Happy that you are satisfied with the end result and that you adjusted the rating based on not this one issue but the overall experience of hiring Synergy.
