He did came over and addressed my concerns. Initially there were some issues with the inspection which he has addressed in his meeting with me. He spent over 3 hours in inspection and 2 hours now to go over the report. Thanks for coming over and taking time

I called this guy after searching his name in OAHI directory and assuming he is a professional engineer and would diligently perform his duty. My heart want to give him zero, but he at least did some inspection so I am rewarding him with 2 stars. The inspection was performed in March and this guy did not step out into the backyard from my town house saying that snow is a limitation. Eventually, did not check the lot grading which is towards the house. Also, there was a clear evidence of animal activity on the backside of the house but as I mentioned, he did not step in the back yard. Second thing he missed is toilet seat of powder room. It was loose and leaking but this inspector did not bother to slightly shake to make sure it is intact. Other major issue he left was water activity in the basement. The furnace base was rusted which was eventually due to in contact with water, but this gentleman did not notice this obvious defect. He charged $339 but was hesitant to check inside the attic area. Any how, I am not sure how the people are praising this person with this kind of lazy inspection experiences.
