I highly recommend Peter and his team at Bedford Brooks. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen or the reno experience even 1 year later. We probably interviewed 5 contractors and were relieved when we finally found Peter. Suddenly our huge reno didn't seem like such an aggravation. His team over saw all aspects and consulted us when appropriate, so it was fairly stress free experience. And the final product is amazing. The kitchen is magazine perfect and such a joy to use. Great experience and on budget!
We had a great experience with Bedford Brooks (Alona and Peter) in the design and complete renovation of our kitchen, mudroom and 1/2 bath. They worked closely with us to make the space functional and fit with the historic period of our home. Alona was an expert at sourcing materials that fit within our budget but did not compromise on quality and was instrumental in managing the Contractors, ensuring the job was done on time. Peter and his assistants worked with the general contractor in all facets of the renovation and the interior design of my house including selecting lighting, fixtures for sinks and showers, wall colors, appliances, kitchen and storage cabinets, flooring and much more. These were very extensive renovations to the point that my house was literally gutted and rebuilt inside. Peter and his crew selected / recommended almost all the furniture. He worked with me and my daughter to find what we liked and did not like; nothing was forced on us. My house looks great and it really might be worth a million dollars now. I enjoy coming home at night to the ambience and amenities my house provides.

My husband and I had a very positive experience working with BedfordBrooks. The design team helped us create three beautiful living spaces in a genuinely collaborative process. Using our eclectic collection of artwork as inspiration, Peter and Alona helped us to source window coverings, furniture and finishing pieces that suit our style and complement the architectural elements of our modern home. They also designed several attractive custom millwork pieces to provide functionality where needed. Everything was handled in a professional manner and all the tradespeople were skilled, reliable and courteous. Communication throughout the process was excellent as were all administrative matters thanks to Fay's prompt and friendly service. Some back orders on furniture made the process longer than anticipated but the end result was well worth the wait! We would highly recommend the services of BedfordBrooks and would happily work with them again.

Peter and his team have the modern eye needed to build a comfortable yet cutting edge office. On budget and on time. I learned so much from them. Highly recommended!

My husband, Michael, and I had a dream.

We had fallen 'in-love' with the Danforth community and in the spring of 2012 began our search for a house. The market was wild and we experienced many bidding wars to which we lost.

We were looking for a home that had already been renovated; we did not want - nor had we planned - on purchasing a home that was in need of a major renovation!

In November 2012, we found and bought our home on our dream street. The house needed much in the way of renovation in order for it to be brought up to where we wanted it to be. Peter was recommended to us by our real estate agent.

At our very first meeting, it was apparent that Peter had a vast amount of experience in the field of renovation and design; he presented as professional, friendly and fun and provided us with a realistic 'picture' of what we would be looking at in the way of time and cost.

We retained Peter's services.

Within our project - we not only worked initially with Peter - but with his lead designer, Alona. The two of them presented us with design plans for our complete scope of work. All information was complete, detailed and well-organized. Every 'wish' had been accounted for with our budget in mind!

All work was itemized clearly on a spread sheet with accurate costing so that we were able to stay on budget. No detail was missed!

Peter secured a contractor for us and the wheels were put in motion!

Alona, our project manager, handled every minute detail of the project - from sourcing materials for our selection based on our determined style, managing the project on-site with the contractor and his crew, responding efficiently to all queries (and there were many) and reaching out in a heart-beat when our attention and response was necessary.to ensure a smooth flow on the job.

We came to know and trust Alona's judgement completely - her presentations for our selection of finishes was always right on target with our tastes and desires.

We have learned so much having worked with the BedfordBrooks Design Team!

Peter, Alona & Fay have all been such an important and integral part of our lives for the past 6-7 months - and although our project is complete and we are in our home - Peter continues to go beyond the call of duty almost daily as I email him with new queries for new projects.

We are so thankful for having found the BedfordBrooks Team! We are keeping them in our lives and without a hesitation will tell our friends about them!
