I had a tight deadline and Victorious worked with me to get the job done quickly and for a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend the company to others and use them again myself.

Recently, we decided to replace some carpeting in our basement following a major renovation. On the basis of previous positive experience with HomeStars, we decided to ask Mark Ayden for a quote. After hearing many horror stories about carpet sales/service, we were amazed by Mark's exceptional service and attention to detail. We appreciated his sage and practical advice re types of carpeting and methods of installation. His workmanship was fastidious. We will surely retain Mark to install carpeting in other areas of our home. He is very honest and a real pleasure to deal with - a class act.

We needed new carpet on our stairs and Victorious was one of many companies we contacted to get quotes. Mark turned out to be the one that gave us a good price and at the same time provided many good suggestions for how to prep the stairs to ensure a quality install. For example, due to his suggestions almost all the squeaks were eliminated. The stairs are straight, but the steps are not even width, so this was by no means a straightforward job. However, Mark did an exceptional job and the carpet looks fabulous.

Showed up at home to take measurements 10 minutes EARLY and does a thorough assessment of the job at hand and a quote for our chosen carpet. Unfortunately, our chosen design was discontinued by manufacturer, and we ended up with making another selection a month later .. but Mark accommodated us without charging us for the difference in cost.

Calls up on the appointed date to let me know that he would be in as scheduled; comes in and does an absolutely professional job.

We bought our house 5yrs ago and were told the carpet had been installed just prior to listing, this sounded great until about 6 months after we moved in. All the bedrooms and hallway carpet began buckling and progressively got worse as the years went by. Had we known then what great work Mark and his team could do we would've addressed it long ago.

I had broadloom installed 5 years ago and after 3 months of it being installed it started to buckle. The company that installed it wasn't interested in my problem an blew me off numerous times saying it was the humidity in my house which is BS. I finally decided to clean my carpeting and the cleaning company would touch the buckled carpet so I was now forced to either rip out and put hardwood or re-stretch. Deciding to re-stretch I found Victorious Carpet on the internet and gave Mark a call. He was very nice and up front with me. He even came over to check out the problem and said he could fix it but would need a special piece of equipment. We set up a date and time and he came in with his very experienced associate and did the job to perfection. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victorious Carpet for a minute. Finally I can walk into my bedroom without tripping over the buckling. Yeahhhh!

Mark was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. He was able to accommodate my request for a quick turnaround time from coming out to provide a quote, as well as to actually installing the underlay and carpet in a small basement. I had a very tight timeframe and budget to deal with, which Mark was able to work around, and he also provided input along the way without resorting to any pressure tactics. He was always available to answer my questions. I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to my friends.

I pulled up carpet to work on a creaky squeaky floor and after I finished the carpet needed to be re-installed. I was hoping to find someone willing to help with my little bit of carpet work within a week and it was all done in 2 days!

From the initial contact with Mark he was responsive to my emails, communicated well in follow up using phone and email allowing us to connect at a good time for me (which can be tough sometimes with my work) when he was in the area. After great up front service he and his employee did a quick, top notch job.

Not only did he and his crew do a fantastic installation job, Mark was also able to sell us the carpets we wanted at a steep discount from what it would have cost to purchase them in a retail location.
