We selected Victorious Carpet based on the reviews we saw here on HomeStars and were NOT disappointed. We had just purchased a new home and wanted our upstairs carpet replaced and wanted to time it out for the day we moved in (so we wouldn't have all of our furniture already in place) -- a little bit hectic with movers and carpet installers and painters all at once, but the team at Victorious Carpet were incredibly flexible!
One minor hiccup along the way, there was a bedroom with an air register that hadn't been cut (already had 2 in place) - that we didn't discover until that evening. Victorious was back the next morning to cut it open and we were set!
Excellent professionalism and communication throughout the entire process and even better end results! We would definitely recommend Victorious to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future for our carpet needs!
