Although we ended up deciding on a different product rather than carpeting, we are definitely keeping Mark and Victorious Carpet Installation in mind for future carpeting needs. Mark went beyond the call to provide us with a very detailed estimate for our basement repair to install carpeting or flooring to replace the damaged floor due to flooding. He provided us with a very reasonable quote for the work. He is professional and knowledgeable about his products and installation, and he knows how to make sure insurance companies are properly refunding clients for the work needed in case of flood damage.
