I contacted Mark at Victorious Carpeting based on the excellent Homestars reviews. He immediately responded and provided me with all of the relevant information to help us make our decisions. Mike (so friendly and professional) came shortly thereafter for a home visit with a nice assortment of samples to choose from. One week later, the entire project was done! Custom stair and hallway carpet runner, laundry room rug and front foyer rug all done within a few hours. We were so happy with the quality and results - the design blends in really nicely with our existing decor. Excellent customer service, responsiveness and reliability.
