Mark responded promptly, provided a reasonable quote on product and installation and his advice helped us choose the right type of carpet / material for our newly renovated basement and staircase. The installation was done with no issues, on time and on budget. A top notch company to deal with, a minor damage was found on one of my walls but over all very satisfied with the service I received
