Mark was prompt when he came for an estimate, helped with the carpet selection, provided expert advice, had very good pricing and accommodated our Saturday installation request. The installers came on time and by 4pm it was all done - very detailed, professional and spotless installation work. Mark also showed up during the installation day, just to check if all was going well. He was also readily available to answer our phone calls.
To compare, one of their highly rated competitors cancelled on us 30min before the appointment time for the estimate & measuring (I was late to work waiting for him). He promised to call back next week but never called.
