Victorious Flooring is a very professional company. Mark responds very promptly to any communication (be it email, phone call or text), was always on time and called to let us know when he was on his way to appointments.
The quote process was very thorough and Mark was excellent at communicating all aspects that we needed to know and gave good advice when it came to choosing the carpet.
The installation was great - Al was on time, friendly and did a good job. Mark followed up soon after Al left to ensure that we were happy and then followed up with a thank you email.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Victorius Flooring again and to recommend them to all.
