We called Mark for an in-home consultation from reviews from this website. He showed us samples and recommended the type of carpet he would put in for our needs. He didn't try to upsell something that would not be good for us. Ramsey, the technician, came and did a fabulous job. Initially he said we could only do "waterfall" style on the stairs, but we figured out a way
to re-inforce the stairs, so that we could do it the "cap and band" style which they prefer to do since it looks much nicer. I would highly recommend Victorious Carpet.
