Kourtis Flooring sanded and re-finished the sprung hardwood floors of our dance studio - we were very happy with the results. Dan took the time to try some sample finishes before starting so that we could choose what was appropriate before going ahead. We did have some clean-up to do afterwards (not totally dustless) but they were finished ahead of our deadline. Highly Recommended!

After 3 years of heavy use in a busy retail environment, our wood floors really needed refinishing. The problem was that most contractors wanted a minimum of 3 days to sand, stain and seal the floors. Not only would the store have to be closed for this period of time, the product in the store would get very dusty. This was not a solution for us. One day, Dan Kourtis, a resident of Unionville, came to our rescue! He was able to refinish the floors with no dust and zero store down time because they worked at night. We are thrilled with the service and workmanship of Kourtis Flooring. Dan is even teaching us how to effectively maintain our floors with proper cleaning techniques to increase the life of the floor. Excellent job!!!

I have hired Kourtis Flooring to install hardwood in my last 2 homes over the last 12 years. Danny has always been professional and courteous and highly knowledgeable. Even in my current home, though we got hardwood through our builder, he made some recommendations that were very helpful and we suggested back to our builder. We also had his team install the kitchen backsplash which just turned out beautifully. Overall, Danny and his team were very quick to get things done while maintaining the quality which is always greatly appreciated!

I conated Kourtis Flooring to look at my floors in my condo and Danny and Santo arrived the next morning! They were so nice and professional, I had no doubt that they were the company to use. The work done was beyond exceptional!! I chose American Walnut for my whole unit and I could not be more pleased. Santo kept me updated throughout the first day of the men being there and they did my bedroom first so I could sleep in my room that night. The second day it was all done and they even hired a professional cleaning company to clean my whole condo! They also put felt pads under all of my furniture and gave me extras to keep!! I could not be happier with my floors and Danny and his Team!!!

I researched several companies for the flooring replacement in my office and was impressed with my Dan's presentation, product knowledge and pricing. His company's ability to work off-hours was also a plus for me.

The installers were expert and the workmanship was top-notch. They were very careful to put up plastic and isolate the work area from any sanding/cutting debris. All garbage was removed by Dan's men and they took care to vacuume the space and corridor before they left.

I contacted Kourtis Flooring to replace the carpet in my new condo's bedroom with laminate flooring. He provided a very competitive price, and the service was exceptional. Very pleased with Danny, Santo, and the end result. Highly recommend.

I am a repeat customer for Kourtis Flooring. 18 months ago, they did a great job installing hardwood floors in two big rooms on the main floor. They are still perfect. But this review is about a bigger challenge - covering 1200 sq ft of my concrete basement floor.

First thing on this basement project, Danny Kourtis helped me make a good flooring choice. There are so many options available, and Danny helped me make a great choice for the space and intended use without a lot of floundering. The result is exceptional, and it adds value to the house beyond its cost. (I went with Kentwood Maple Angeles engineered hardwood in a floating floor with glued tongue & groove.) Danny's installed price was the best of the quotes I got - in fact not much more than some quotes for cheaper material - and the installation was first rate. The job was challenging with a curved wall and several angled coves, but his (very personable) crew did such a good job that I did not even need to install 1/4 round on the baseboard! Danny was flexible in working with the construction schedule. Danny Kourtis and his entire crew were helpful, responsive, and thoroughly professional throughout. Highly recommended. Kourtis flooring came into assess some damage that had been done to my floor. They made excellent recommendations based on my budget. Then they came and put in a beautiful floor within days.
