Additional info for 2022: 4 years after Ambia installed new windows and doors at my home, there was a problem with my door handle (a problem with the product, not the installation). Tony was most gracious when I contacted him. I called just to see if I might get some idea who to call at the manufacturer, or even a third party repair person if needed. On my behalf, Tony kindly coordinated contacting the manufacturer, secured me a replacement part at no cost, and even came by to replace the component. Bear in mind that Ambia is not an after-market service provider, and I was not really expecting this effort, so in my opinion, Tony's efforts really went above and beyond, and it is very greatly appreciated.
