My husband and I decided to hire Mario and his team to paint our entire house for my daughter's upcoming wedding- thus everything had to be perfect! We couldn't have picked a better company for the job! Mario's knowledge of his trade and his professionalism, were made clear right from the beginning! Mario was always on time, paid great attention to detail and left my place spotless each evening after working the full day. When my husband and I were indecisive about a colour for our kitchen, Mario was patient and put no added pressure on us. Mario was also always reachable, evenings/weekends- it didn't matter! We needed to call Mario late one Sunday evening to change a paint colour and Mario was very accommodating and never grew inpatient with us.

Since having my daughter's wedding we have received numerous compliments on his work and thus have referred him to all of our family and friends. We have also already booked him to paint our cottage come the early Spring.

We hired Mario to paint our entire home which we had renovated from top to bottom with top of the line plaster mouldings, doors, handles, baseboards, trim and casings. He came recommended by a friend and thus we trusted that he would do a good job. He seemed very understanding and empathetic so we decided to give him the job. His price was in the same ball park as the other 2 quotes we got from other contractors.

Mario himself actually was quite a good painter. But one of his workers named "Yako" was incredibly sloppy. I noticed lots of drip marks as well as streaks and missed spots. So I would point these areas out to both of them and they seemed quite bothered to fix them and sometimes went back to fix them, but most of the time didn't.

One of the other factors was that Mario used the cheapest "Benjamin Moore" paint on the market which was actually meant for commercial areas. Now when we try to wipe the walls due to hand print marks, the paint comes off and leaves a mark on the wall.

He continually kept asking for money as the job was being done which was kind of annoying.

He ended up never finishing the job as he left to do another job and didn't come back...he did us a huge favour as we were very dissatisfied with the quality of work.
