Hired him for some painting and general repairs. Small leak around the tap in the bathroom and he decided, without asking approval, to rip the whole shower stall down. There is mold now behind the tiles cause he didn't seal it properly. The drywall he did in the basement is separating and the seams are cracking. He was supposed to regrout the ceramic at the front entryway and never finished it. The linolium in the kitchen came back up..had to get another contracter to come and repair it.
Had to keep calling him to get the work done and he still didn't finish it.
