I've already left a message with the store manager. However, I wanted to post something regarding this. I went to the store to purchase a bistro patio set which was on sale (45% off). When I went there, I discovered that the sale had ended the day before. Even before I found this out, Don from the garden centre went to the basement to get the patio set (even though I wasn't sure I wanted to get it). Second, he went to the manager to see whether they will honour yesterday's price. He got the price approved and he even dropped the patio set to the car for me. I was really impressed with the service.
