Refrigerator was leaking water on the floor during defrost cycle due to ice buildup in the drain to the evaporation tray. Technician cleared the ice in the drain with a steam gun and then cleared any ice remaining in the refrigerator.
Technician was on time, personable, understood what was required. I was very satisfied with the service. The cost was acceptable.
