Lowes - Toronto Castefield

I recently had mu kitchen remodeled and it was a very nice experience. The contractor, and his helper were both very knowledgeable and polite. They showed up on time wore their Lowes
uniforms and did an excellent job of installing my cabinets, dishwasher and new sink. The sub-contractors they used, electrician and plumber
were also very professional and did a great job.

I could not be happier with the new kitchen.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable they took th etime to determine my needs and see what was best for my home. I would highly recommend using this store. I have purchased many other items at this store and have always being pleased.

Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. They were very friendly and they helped us find everything we needed. No hassle, and no sales pressure. I really liked Lowes - for their price, service, and their wide selection of appliances. We got a washer and dryer for only about $1500!!

I recently purchased new appliances from Lowes. They delivered used appliances instead of new in the box. They did rectify the situation but it took a lot of complaining. They do have great prices though you just have to be patient.

when i went in to the store i just feel in love the help was great and helpful and they had all of my familys needs and more new things to see that i never seen in no other stores so that was nice

We'd been looking for a nice front door for a while. Most of the ones we'd seen at other stores were pretty ugly, but after Lowes made their grand entrance to Canada we checked it out. The nice wood doors on display convinced me to go with them so we ordered the door as well as a few windows for our 3rd floor.
They were slightly behind schedule on delivery, but were very nice when they arrived, and helped me take them and load them into my car. Highly recommended.

After waiting for staff at [another store] for over an hour to answer our inquiries we got fed up and went to Loews and were immediately approached and helped by knowledgeable staff. Even the look of the store and the products available felt as if we were shopping in an upscale store. There was no waiting even at the check out and we have been back many times and I would recommend Loews highly. The prices were very reasonable also.

As usual every project seems simple in conception but ends in frustation when products that look good from far are far from good.
American Standard had poor quality control on the only two expensive products I bought, But their customer support was fantastic and resolved the issues

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the new Lowes that opened up in our neighbourhood. They were much more friendly and helpfult then their direct competitors and many more options and styles, while still within reasonable pricing.
