Lowes - Toronto Castefield

Great, helpful service! There were lots of employees available to help. The store was very organized and clean. We found exactly what we wanted, and didn't have to wait long at all in line. Great shopping experience!

I was very impressed by the service and knowledge I recieved at Lowes. Other larger stores it's hard to find anyone or they say book an appointment. No time for that .

Whenever I enter this store, within a couple of minutes I'm regularly approached by sales associate who doesn't finger-point but takes me directly to whatever items I'm seeking and sticks around to answer my inquiry in detail. I have bought all sorts of stuff from Lowes, as I'm a Do-it-yourselfer. Obtained loads of stuff from them as I'm into a fairly large renovation for one guy -- I've got their tiles, paint, wallpaper, cabinets, artificial grass, lumber, moulding,balcony screening. I'm not kicking Home Depot which is just across the road from Lowes, but prices and assortment in both stores are so similar that it makes little difference. However Lowes sales folk are right there, bend over backwards with help & useful suggestions. Is it possible that Home Depot operates with smaller staff? Appreciate that these aren't easy times & many companies have no choice but to keep floor staff to the minimum. But what a difference in customer service between these two stores. I'm sure Home Depot have good floor staff too, but maybe I'm out of luck. But who can be bothered to search the aisles to try and find someone to guide me to the product. But even
when I can get attention, all I get at Home Depot is a pointed finger, try "aisle #3 or whatever". A pleasure to do business where I'm well treated, so Lowes is my favorite choice.

found them to be very helpfull in explaining the different models. they (he) showed me what the the diferent models for the different prices were and why the difference was. he took me to the display and didn't just tell me "it is in aile 35

We were shopping for a new range and bathroom vanity. We went to Lowes on a weeknight and had a fantastic experience. Lowes beat the prices we had seen at some of their other big-box competitors by a large margin, was staffed with helpful and available staff and even took our old range off our hands for free. We took advantage of their 10% discount offer for signing up for their credit card & even bought a BBQ! I tell everyone about our good experience at lowes. Thank you!

Had no clue about painting a house. Got great advise from the staff there and they made it easy to figure things out. They were able to direct me in the right direction with brushes, finishes, and colours.

I wanted to share with you how satisfied I was when deciding to purchase paint and get some advise on painting techniques from Lowe's on Castelfield. The staff not only was friendly, but gave good advise on what type of paint to choose, that I was not aware of. Also, I purchased right amount of paint to cover walls in my two bedrooms. Overall, I am very happy with the choices and advise. It worked for me.

We purchased an outdoor wicker furniture set consisting of 4 chairs, glass topped table and umbrella. Chair cushions were also included in the cost. The chairs were ergonomically designed and very comfortable. The mechanism on the umbrella was not difficult to use. The cushions were of a good thickness and added comfort to the chair. I would recommend this product. The service was very good. This year we are planning on purchasing a new barbeque. Will certainly visit Lowes.

My husband and I went to Lowes looking for area rugs just shortly after staining the hardwood floors in the bedroom areas. As the rooms were all empty my husband came up with an idea to redo the walk in closet in our bedroom as what we previously had did not allow for the both of us to be in the room at the same time. After speaking with Perciane who was a tremedous help in suggesting all sorts of concepts and who expressed lots of patience we had a closet that was under our budget and also gave us the room we desperately needed. We went back 2 weeks later to purchase an area rug for the closet. Unfortunately Perciane was not there. I found the service and products much better then Home Depot. Thank you Lowe's

Talk about the staff knowing their products. They suggested things I didnt even think of and the reasons for them. Sure made my choices easy. Thank you Lowe's staff. Awesome job
